Terms of Purchase

The following Terms of Purchase apply to the Your Content Mentor Program (herein referred to as the “Program”). You agree to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of your purchase of the Program, as well as the sale of other related services and products. We provide services to you subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions (the “Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms, as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between Spark Your Content/Melanie J. Sparks (“we” and/or “us”, etc) and you (“Customer” or “you”).

COPYRIGHT

All material provided to you as part of the Program is copyright of Spark Your Content, LLC and Melanie J. Sparks. Material provided to you is for your personal and your business use only. You cannot under any circumstances share, copy, or grant access to another individual.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

You understand that Spark Your Content acts solely as a content strategist in this Program. Customer accepts and agrees that Customer is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program. Customer acknowledges that, as with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk and there is no guarantee that Customer will reach their goals as a result of purchase of Program. We offer no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your results of any kind. 

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Program includes four 60-minute video sessions over the course of approximately four weeks, depending on Customer’s and Service Provider’s availability. Customer is responsible for any fees incurred through their internet or phone service providers for phone/video calls. The Program also includes completed reports and plans, as outlined in the Program Welcome guide. Program includes delivery of applicable templates and workbooks via email or access to a private Google Drive folder.

FEES

There are two options for payment of the Program fee:

  • One single payment of $747 (due upon scheduling first intensive); or
  • Two-payment option available by request: two payments of $375 each. (Payment one due upon scheduling your first intensive; payment two due upon scheduling third session.)  

METHODS OF PAYMENT

After the 20-minute intro call, you'll receive an email with a link to pay for services via PayPal and an invitation to schedule your first session. Payment is due before the first session.

If Customer requests to pay in two installments: 

  • Customer agrees to pay the first payment via the PayPal link before the first session.
  • Second payment is due before the third session.
  • If Customer fails to make the second installment, no further services will be rendered and no refund provided.

NOTICE TO BUYERS
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. Please be sure you read, understand and approve of terms before purchasing.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for the Program after services are rendered. If there are extenuating circumstances, which cause the Customer to no longer be able to receive services (such as serious illness, natural disaster, etc.), Customer should request cancellation before services are rendered. Customer should request a refund via email and explain the situation. A refund may be given at the sole discretion of Spark Your Content, LLC. Any refund will be minus a 3% payment processing fee and minus payment for any services rendered.
