It means being dependable, doing what I say I will (or communicating if I can't), hitting deadlines, and setting realistic expectations.

Justice in my business means speaking up for what I believe in, no matter who’s listening, or how uncomfortable it might be. It means using my voice to speak up for those who can't, and standing side-by-side with those who can speak as their friend and supporter.
